camping is right at the comp spot... there are no marked camp spots... if you can find room, your good...

if you've never been there... as your driving towards the lake after you pass the DOT yard there's a boat ramp down on your left with a large rock outcropping and you'll see an area off to the right side of the road where others have camped...

Can we get some more detailed directions?
What exit do you take off of I-90?
It looks like you would exit, then parallel I-90 and there looks to be a DOT yard on the NW side of the lake?
I've looked on Google Earth, is the boat launch you're referring to on the west side of the lake about 1/3 the way down?

That is exactly it Kevin. The exact exit you want is Hyak. Its the last summit exit. You can take any of the 3 and just parralel the freeway heading East, that road leads you to the DOT yard no matter what exit you take.

More info here also NEWB  :annoy:  viewtopic.php?f=36&t=4410

That's where I was looking! I just Google Earth'd the lake and snooped around 'till I found the boat launch.

Thanks fellas.
